General Shipping Rules
Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed the next day and delivered within the specified timelines. Orders placed late on weekends (i.e., after 6:00 pm on Saturdays) will be dispatched on the next business day, as there is no courier service or pickups on Sundays or public holidays. During festivals, delivery timelines may be extended due to high demand, stock limitations, or shipment volumes. Agraj Food Processors is not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Grievance Cell
Product and shipping-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by relevant photos. Email your concerns to agrajfoodprocessors@gmail.com.
Other Important Points
For orders with different billing and shipping addresses, please provide all necessary information, including address, nearby landmarks, contact person’s name, and phone number, to ensure a smooth delivery process. If any customs duties or inspection charges are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer. Agraj Food Processors will not provide refunds or replacements for products lost or damaged during customs inspections.
Cancellation by Site/Customer
Customers may cancel their orders any time before dispatch by contacting customer service or directly through the website. If any fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions is suspected, Agraj reserves the right to cancel such orders and maintain a list of such transactions and customers to restrict future access or transactions.
