Refund policy

Agraj Food Processors does not assume title to returned items. Refunds or cancellations are at Agraj’s sole discretion and require documented proof and tracking history. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 10 business days. In the event of a natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances causing delivery delays or cancellations, only the product value will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable. Once an order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.

Cancellation by Site/Customer
As a customer, you may cancel your order up until the order is dispatched by contacting our customer service team or through the website. Agraj reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our terms and conditions, at our discretion. We maintain a record of such transactions and may restrict future access or cancel orders from customers associated with fraudulent activities.
